Jewelry CAD Designer, Jonathan Negus

I am a jewelry designer with background in Computer Aided Drafting. I started using CAD in my freshman year of high school for Chelsea High's robotics team. I was self taught at first, and when I took the actual CAD classes that used the software I excelled at it. From there I went to Baker College for CAD and engineering.

 

I draw a great deal of inspiration from things such as plants or architecture, but I also tend to find myself inspired by movies and video games as well.

 

I am an avid gamer when I'm not working, and for clients who enjoy games and movies I tend to geek out with them over shared interests.

 

I enjoy being able to make your designs come to life on the screen in front of you during consultations as we create something together that's completely personalized and unique.
